Reality TV star Prince Narula has issued a firm request to his fanbase, urging them to stop circulating romantic fan edits featuring him and former Splitsvilla co-star Karishma Talwar. The actor, who is happily married to Yuvika Chaudhary, took to his Instagram Stories to address the trend, which gained momentum after the duo’s recent reunion on Roadies Rebirth. Prince emphasized that while he appreciates the support for his reality TV journey, these specific edits have crossed a line.
In his message, Prince spoke candidly about his responsibilities as a husband and a father, stating that he does not want his daughter to stumble upon these videos when she grows up. He clarified that he is in a committed, happy marriage and requested that fans respect his personal life. He noted that while he is fine with edits showcasing his professional journey and career highlights, he is uncomfortable with content that falsely romanticizes his past associations.
Prince also took the opportunity to set the record straight regarding his history with Karishma. The two were paired together during the eighth season of Splitsvilla, but Prince pointed out that their dynamic is being misrepresented online. He clarified that Karishma was simply a ‘connection’ in the villa rather than an ex-girlfriend, as some fans have been suggesting. Their past connection recently resurfaced after Karishma appeared on Roadies Rebirth, where host Rannvijay Singha brought up their history, leading to a playful exchange where Karishma jokingly accused Prince of abandoning her during their time on the dating show.
This reminder comes shortly after the high-octane finale of MTV Roadies XX: Double Cross, where Kushal Tanwar, known as Gullu, emerged as the winner under Elvish Yadav’s mentorship. Prince’s gang member, Hartaaj Singh Gill, put up a strong fight but finished as the first runner-up after Gullu completed the final task in a record time of one minute and 16 seconds. As the dust settles on the competition, Prince is clearly focused on keeping his professional achievements separate from his private family life.
