Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha is currently facing a medical emergency following a serious accident during her recent work-cum-holiday trip to Bali. The actress sustained a fracture in her spine and is currently under close medical observation at a local hospital. Her team officially confirmed the incident, stating that their immediate priority is ensuring she receives the best possible care before she undergoes surgery.
To facilitate her recovery, arrangements are currently being made to transport the actress back to Mumbai via air ambulance. Once she returns, she will undergo the required spine surgery under the care of specialized doctors. Due to the nature of the injury and the impending procedure, her professional commitments over the coming weeks will be put on hold as she focuses entirely on her health and rehabilitation.
In an official statement, the actress’s team has expressed gratitude for the outpouring of concern from her fans and well-wishers. They have requested privacy during this difficult time to allow Nushrratt the space needed to recover. The team has promised to share further updates regarding her health as and when appropriate.
Nushrratt, known for her standout roles in films like Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Chhalaang, and the Chhorii franchise, was most recently seen on the big screen in the September 2025 release Ufff Yeh Siyapaa. Directed by G. Ashok and featuring a score by A.R. Rahman, the dialogue-free film saw her share the screen with Sohum Shah, Nora Fatehi, Omkar Kapoor, and Sharib Hashmi.
