The Bigg Boss 13 star recently took to social media to express her unwavering support for Mahhi Vij, who is currently making waves on Bigg Boss 20. Shehnaaz made it clear that her backing of Mahhi has nothing to do with the latter’s gameplay inside the house, but is instead rooted in a deep, personal bond that was formed years ago.
Opening up about her own challenging stint on the reality show, Shehnaaz shared a heartfelt note on her Instagram Story. She revealed that Mahhi was a pillar of strength for her during her lowest moments, including a time when she struggled with basic necessities. “There was a time when I did not even have clothes… Mahhi stepped in and supported me a lot,” Shehnaaz recalled. She noted that Mahhi was there through every emotional high and low, sharing in her laughter and comforting her through her tears.
Describing Mahhi as a genuinely pure-hearted person, Shehnaaz emphasized that her loyalty is based on the character she witnessed firsthand. Even though she admitted she hasn’t been following the current season of the reality show, Shehnaaz insisted that her opinion of Mahhi remains unchanged. Mahhi, who is well-known for her iconic roles in television shows like Laagi Tujhse Lagan and Balika Vadhu, has had a long career in the spotlight, appearing on various reality shows and returning to the screen recently with Seher Hone Ko Hai.
