The Party Animals trailer promises a chaotic night of friendship and bad decisions

If you thought your New Year’s Eve plans were messy, wait until you see the trailer for the upcoming comedy Party Animals.

If you thought your New Year’s Eve plans were messy, wait until you see the trailer for the upcoming comedy Party Animals. The film, which promises a wild ride through a night that spirals spectacularly out of control, is leaning heavily into the absurd. From encounters with cops and goons to a party bus, romantic drama, and even a random drunk horse, the trailer suggests that this isn’t your typical hangout movie. It takes the familiar concept of a reunion gone wrong and pushes it into a fever dream of chaos where every attempt to fix a problem only makes things significantly worse.

Directed by Ravi Chhabriya and produced by Yoodlee Films, the movie taps into the relatable spirit of modern FOMO, friendship, and that specific kind of overconfidence that makes a terrible plan seem like a genius idea late at night. According to the makers, the film is unapologetically self-aware and aims to bring the energy of Hollywood-style hangout comedies into a distinctively Indian setting. It is a bold, irreverent take on the genre that invites the audience to laugh at the spectacular, unfiltered mistakes unfolding on screen.

Lead actor Viraj Ghelani, who plays Mann Patel, described the project as a celebration of the kind of madness that is impossible to explain but incredibly fun to experience with friends. He emphasized that the film captures the essence of unbreakable bhaichara and the collective bad decisions that ultimately turn into the best stories. Siddharth Anand Kumar of Saregama India added that the goal was to create a comedy that doesn’t take itself too seriously, making it a perfect watch for groups of friends.

Written by Ali Haji, Khush Mullick, and Veer Panchal, the film features an ensemble cast including Arjun Tanwar, Pragati Nagpal, Naqiyah Haji, Alam Khan, Saqib Ayub, Kamlesh Sawant, Anil Charanjeett, Aaron Koul, Vijay Patkar, and Manoj Joshi. By blending friendship with escalating madness, the makers are hoping to explore a side of comedy that is relatively rare in mainstream Hindi cinema. Party Animals is officially set to hit theatres on November 20, 2026.
