Celebrity fashion designer Manish Malhotra took to Instagram to share a touching birthday tribute for Nita Ambani, celebrating both her grace and her immense contribution to Indian heritage. The designer posted a carousel of photos featuring the two, highlighting a friendship built on years of shared creative vision. In his caption, Malhotra praised Ambani’s deep-rooted passion for Indian traditions, textiles, and the arts, noting that their frequent discussions on embroidery, color, and design have always been a highlight of their association.
Beyond their creative bond, Malhotra expressed his admiration for Ambani’s wisdom and her signature hospitality, calling her one of the most special people he knows. The post quickly garnered attention from fans and industry insiders alike, who flooded the comments section with warm birthday wishes for the Founder-Chairperson of Reliance Foundation.
The birthday celebrations follow a busy week for Ambani, who recently hosted a star-studded preview of The Library at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) on October 31. The event, which preceded the public opening on November 1, brought together an A-list crowd including Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput, Kajol, Rajkummar Rao, Vikrant Massey, and Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Located at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, the new space aims to blend literature, design, and culinary experiences, further cementing Ambani’s role as a leading force in India’s cultural landscape.
